Blazing Padels Event Hire Terms & Conditions

Basically, we like to keep things really simple and as flexible as possible for all eventualities. These terms and conditions are applicable to all bespoke bookings made outside Matchi.

Payment Terms
100% of invoice payable before the day of the event. By prior arrangement this can be split between multiple payments. The first payment will be treated as a booking deposit and is non-refundable. In the case of supplementary services, the cost of these must be covered by the initial payment to guarantee provision of services.

Cancellations
We do not offer cancellations for event hire but we do offer;

Rescheduling
We understand things change, so we offer free rescheduling up to 5 days before your event, although;

Catering & Supplementary Services
We require a minimum of 7 days notice for free rescheduling. Rescheduling falling within 7 days may require a supplementary payment to rebook; catering, photography and entertainment services.

Food & Beverages
Attendees may bring their own non-alcoholic drinks and foods by prior agreement, but may not provision for third-party catering on the Blazing Padels site.

Code of Conduct
As with any other visitor, player or attendee, all guests of the lead booker are required to follow the clubs code of conduct. A digital version of this document is supplied as part of the booking process.
