Blazing Padels Membership Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Blazing Padels and members joining the Blazing Padels Membership scheme. By purchasing a membership via MATCHi, you agree to the following terms.

Membership Overview
The Blazing Padels Membership is designed for regular players and Herbie’s customers who are active members of the Blazing Padels community. Membership provides access to a range of exclusive benefits both on and off the court.

Membership Fees and Payments
Membership is available at £25 per month (rolling) or £300 per year, with a thirteenth month free for annual members. All payments are processed securely through MATCHi. Blazing Padels does not store or handle any bank details. Monthly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled through MATCHi. Annual memberships are non-refundable once purchased.

Member Benefits
Members receive the following benefits: 20% off their share of court fees, preferential booking 21 days ahead of non-members, 20% off HEAD® rackets, 15% off at Herbie’s Café and in the club shop, free entry into leagues, and RSVP access to members only events. These benefits are subject to change or review at the discretion of Blazing Padels.

Eligibility and Verification
Membership benefits are non-transferable and for the named member only. When the member discount is applied, the member must be present and playing. To use discounts not linked to MATCHi, such as at Herbie’s Café or the Club Shop, members must download the MATCHi app, upload a clear, current photograph to their profile, and allow a member of staff to verify their membership status before discounts are applied. Failure to provide accurate verification may result in discount refusal.

Cancellations and Refunds
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time via MATCHi. Refunds are not issued for partial months. Annual memberships are non-refundable once purchased. In exceptional circumstances, such as medical issues, Blazing Padels may review refunds and extension requests on a case-by-case basis.

Club Access and Conduct
Members are expected to act respectfully towards other players, staff and facilities. Blazing Padels reserves the right to revoke membership if a member behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive, or damaging to the club’s reputation or facilities. All members must adhere to court booking rules, cancellation policies, and code of conduct.

Communication and Privacy
Important membership updates will be communicated via email or MATCHi notifications. Personal information provided during sign-up will only be used in accordance with Blazing Padels’ privacy policy and GDPR regulations.

Amendments
Blazing Padels reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, membership benefits, or pricing at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
